Would someone please explain to me how it is that the former mayor of NYC posesses foreign policy credentials, of any consequence, as a result of his performance before, during and after 9/11?

There is only one presidential candidate who is in possession of impeccable and unimpeachable foreign policy and national security credentials which cannot possibly be touched by any of his presidential rivals, of either party.

When it comes to foreign policy prowess and national security credentials, Senator Biden blows them all clear out of the water!
